  1. Just watched this episode; take it with a grain of salt, but personally the guy struck me as a total closet case. My theory is he self-destructed when the girlfriend broke up with him, thus ruining his last chance for a “normal” life (albeit one completely filled with lies), grandkids for his parents, etc.

    This one also reminds me how much more easily persuaded most of the addicts were to go to treatment in the early episodes. The rageaholic guy from the same ep went with no drama either.

    I am leaving tomorrow for a 1 year rehab program in the mountains of Tuscon, AZ. I will not have a cell phone or computer for the next 12 months. I am gonna get this right once and for all. Happy New Year….
