It’s back! Here is a trailer for the upcoming episodes of Season 24.
I’m so glad Intervention is still going after so many seasons, there are a lot of lives in addiction turmoil right now and I strongly believe this show makes a difference. Thanks A&E for renewing Intervention again and thank you for bringing Sylvia to our screens.
Yay! So excited!
Yay!!! An added plus is that they seem to be returning to the traditional format ☺️
That’s great to know. Looking forward to it.
I can’t wait! I can’t believe it has been on tv this long either, but I’m so glad it has. There’s still thousands of people that need help out there. Can’t wait to see what this season brings!
This is, indeed, very good news. The last couple of seasons left me fearing that INTERVENTION was on its last legs. I hope this means they’ve steered their course and that A&E is still committed to this revolutionary program that has been so important to so many. There have been a few questionable turns in the show’s trajectory. I realize long-running TV series have to keep fresh and not remain stagnant. At the same time, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” If asked (and I know I won’t be), I’d say, use Seasons 3-12 as a template for what the show should aim for. The single-location seasons, to me, feel somehow too limiting. In any case, thank you A&E for standing behind this excellent program.
Sylvia is probably my favorite interventionist. Other than Jeff Van Vonderan. *Shakes addicts hand* Addict: “Sorry if my hand is cold.” Jeff: “It’s OK I’m from Minnesota.”
The fact Sylvia is a previous interventionee… Her tragic episode and wonderful recovery back into a kind, gentle woman. Not brass and rough like Canada’s Maureen Brine.
I truly believe Intervention has and will continue to save lives, God Bless you all
